The Lose to Win program helps participants achieve their desired weight loss permanently by establishing accountability, utilizing planning and problem solving measures, and providing a support team of specialized weight loss trainers, lifestyle coaches and nutrition specialists.

Complimentary for our members. All beginning exercisers are encouraged to take advantage of this private session with a member of the wellness team. During the meeting, wellness staff will help you set your wellness goals, share a menu of wellness options, and design a program that meets your objectives, interests, and lifestyle. InBody - Body Composition Testing
