Lose to Win
The Lose to Win program helps participants achieve their desired weight loss permanently by establishing accountability, utilizing planning and problem solving measures, and providing a support team of specialized weight loss trainers, lifestyle coaches and nutrition specialists.
The twelve-week program meets Mondays at 9:00AM starting January 23rd. Is Lose to Win right for you? Share your interest and receive an invite to the FREE introductory class on January 9th.
Complimentary for our members. All beginning exercisers are encouraged to take advantage of this private session with a member of the wellness team. During the meeting, wellness staff will help you set your wellness goals, share a menu of wellness options, and design a program that meets your objectives, interests, and lifestyle. Complete the interest form and drop it off at the Y — or call 509.525.8863 for an email address to submit the form.
After you have your FitStart appointment scheduled, complete the first 3 questions of the Questionnaire, then print and bring with you to the FitStart appointment.
InBody - Body Composition Testing
Weight can be misleading when used as an indicator of health. Your body is a complex structure made of different components such as water, fat, and muscle. To thoroughly learn about your body and its condition, take the InBody test! In less than 30 seconds the InBody will reveal your body fat percentage, muscle distribution, and body water balance. Watch the improvements from exercise and diet to prevent your hard work from going to waste! Talk to us about specific steps that should be followed prior to your test.
Cost: $10 for members / $25 for nonmembers
