This 80-hour Accelerated Personal Fitness Trainer Program is an online and in-person classroom based course to prepare individuals to pass the NCCA-accredited NASM Certified Personal Trainer exam. Y Ambassador Program

WE NEED YOU! The purpose of our Ambassador Program is to provide assistance to the Y staff in making connections with our members. There are a variety of ways and places to volunteer such as: Wellness Center, Group Ex classes, pool, youth sports, and more. 



All beginning exercisers are encouraged to take advantage of this private session with a member of the wellness team. During the meeting, wellness staff will help you set your wellness goals, share a menu of wellness options and design a program that meets your objectives, interests, and lifestyle.
