The Y is here to support you in reaching your health and wellness goals. YMCA Personal Training is a one-on-one session with a personal fitness trainer to help you unlock your full potential.

 

Our personal trainers are educated professionals with years of experience. Whether you are a working professional or new mom, a senior or young adult, a triathlete or first-time gym user, personal training can take you somewhere new on your heath journey. We know our members come from many different walks of life and take great care in matching members with the right personal trainer.

  • Your initial visit includes a review of your health history, lifestyle, and goals.
  • Both YMCA Members and non-members can purchase hourly Personal Training sessions.
  • Three-month blocks of 3, 6, 9,16 or 24 one-hour sessions can be purchased.
