FitOn is a new Medicare Advantage plan. If you are currently a Providence Medicare Advantage member, your Y membership will be covered under FitOn once you enroll as of January 2024.

Renew Active™ and OnePass
The Renew Active™ and One Pass programs provide eligible members full access to participating Y's. Renew Active is available to UnitedHealthcare Medicare Advantage plan holders. One Pass is available to eligible holders of Medicaid and certain non-UnitedHealthcare Medicare plans. To confirm eligibility, we will need the confirmation code found on the back of your insurance card (this code can also be found by signing into your insurance provider account).

Silver&Fit
Silver&Fit is a program administered by American Specialty Health in partnership with the Y. To view health plans that participate, select "Washington" in the Participating Health Plans Silver&Fit search. We will use your exact name and date of birth to determine eligibility when you're ready to join.
