ARC CPR & FIRST AID

CPR/FIRST AID TRAINING SAVES LIVES! We provide a globally recognized CPR certification course. This course is designed to provide the ability to recognize several life-threatening emergencies, provide CPR, use an AED, and relieve choking in a safe, timely and effective manner.

ARC TRAINING is also available for your employees! Training may be held at your place of business or at the Y. Please contact our qualified instructors.

ARC LIFEGUARD TRAINING COURSE

Participants must be at least 15 years old by the final day of the course.

This course is designed to give participants the skills and knowledge needed to be lifeguards in pools and aquatic environments. This comprehensive Lifeguard course includes First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications.

Instructors will work with students on weekend attendance time options.

ARC LIFEGUARD RECERTIFICATION

Participants must be a currently-certified lifeguard.

This course will keep your existing certification current.

ARC WSI (Water Safety Instructor) COURSE

Participants must be at least 16 years old by the final day of the course.

This course is for those who would like their swim lesson/water safety instructor certification. Lifeguard Certification is not necessary, but helpful. Participants must be strong swimmers interested in teaching swimming lessons/water safety courses.

ARC LGI (Lifeguard Training Instructor) COURSE

Participants must be at least 17 years old by the final day of the course AND a currently-certified lifeguard.

Instructor programs are for experienced, certified ARC lifeguards who are ready to help teach and train the next generation of Lifeguards. Our LGI class is only offered once or twice a year.

ARC LGI (Lifeguard Training Instructor) RECERTIFICATION

Participants must have current LGI Certification and lifeguarding certificate.

For LGI certified participants whose LGI certification is not yet expired. We offer LGI recertification courses several times a year.

BABYSITTER TRAINING AND CERTIFICATION

Participants must be at least 12 years old by the final day of the course.
