6 WEEK PROGRAM PROVIDING A PATH TO TOTAL WELLNESS
Have you ever wondered if you're eating too much? Not enough? The "right" types of foods? Do you tank in the afternoons, struggle with brain fog or GI issues? Have you tried lots of different diets and food rules and still felt unsatisfied and disconnected from your body?
Consider joining a six week nutrition coaching course this February and March. You'll receive tailored resources and one-on-one coaching support from a NASM-certified personal trainer and Precision Nutrition coach Cari Honsinger, along with weekly education in a group format with the encouragement of other group members. Space is limited to five individuals. Sign up at the front desk.
