SPORTS PERFORMANCE TRAINING (SPT) FOR ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT
Speed, agility and quickness are the primary conditions athletes must improve to advance their performance. Certified Personal Trainers will a variety of drills and exercises that promote injury prevention, core strength, athletic conditioning, strength, speed and power.
