This small, instructor-lead, group class is designed for those who have experienced or are currently in challenging health situations. Heart attack, stroke, heart disease, diabetes, cancer, and auto-immune illnesses are all examples of chronic conditions that we will address through exercise. This class includes a light warm-up and a supervised workout in the Wellness Center. Non-members may receive a 7 visit complimentary pass with doctor referral.


We use a variety of props such as weights, bands, and balls, in addition to chairs and the wall. All exercises are designed to build core and overall strength, and to improve balance.


The MELT Method is simple self-care using soft balls and a soft body roller to reduce the negative effects of aging and an active life. The MELT Hand and Foot Treatments are “global” treatments, where we treat the hands and feet to stimulate a whole body response using small balls. The MELT Soft-Foam Roller is designed for localized work throughout the body, using very specific techniques to achieve results. MELT helps restore fluidity, flexibility, and relieve pain by reducing connective tissue dehydration. You’ll learn to easily support your own resilience, reduce and prevent pain, improve athletic performance, and reduce recovery time.


Yang Style Tai Chi is an ideal way to embody change and recover resilience. Find your inner tortoise, strengthen your legs and back, soften tension, and quiet the mind. Well known for its health benefits, Tai Chi is moving meditation that improves flexibility and strength, promotes mind/body relaxation, increases energy, enhances fluidity, and allows for conscious, graceful movement. Specific benefits include decompressing joints, hydrating tissue and muscles, improving energy, and enhancing longevity.


A gentle form of yoga practiced sitting in a chair, or standing using the chair for support. The chair allows
participants to feel safe, and at the same time deepen their flexibility and strengthen personal body awareness.


This a good choice for those new to yoga, recovering from illness or injury, moms-to-be, and those with limited mobility. You will be gently challenged, while encouraged to honor your body.


The intention for this class is found through discovery, exploration and awareness of the inner body. While attention is placed on alignment and working deeply into the poses, the inspiration comes from within you, the student. Allow your yoga practice to unfold. All levels are welcome.


An accessible all-levels class ideal for yogis who want to ease into Pilates while staying within a yoga practice. Enjoying the best of both worlds, we explore the precision and control required in the Pilates method, laying a foundation for advancing our practice and building the core strength that inevitable follows. We strive to find calmness with breath, body awareness and strength that can enhance the exercises. Modifications and easier versions of exercises are always available.


Move more comfortably during pregnancy. Learn breathing techniques to combat intensity. Practice “pain plans’ for labor and contractions. Stay connected to the strong female you are in the blossoming body you have! With experience in both teaching and practicing yoga through two pregnancies and births of her own, prenatal yoga instructor Mari Gisele understands the importance of the tools acquired in a yoga practice and how to use them during your own pregnancy, labor, and birthing experience. This class is for expectant mothers of any age and stage of their pregnancy.

This TRX® Suspension Training class is a revolutionary total-body fitness program that uses gravity against the individual’s own body weight to simultaneously develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability.


Utilizing stationary bikes this class simulates hills, flats and speed work all set to music and/or timed intervals. Great for all fitness enthusiasts!


Love cycling but not quite ready for a high-intensity class? Come and enjoy this low intensity cycle lite workout! This workout will challenge you but is sure to leave you feeling refreshed and energized.


Zumba® is a Latin-inspired, dance, fitness class that incorporates Latin and international music and dance moves. The routines feature interval style training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that keep you moving to the beat! No dance experience necessary. Come ready to shake it!

STRONG by Zumba™

STRONG by Zumba™ is a High Intensity Interval Training class using more traditional fitness moves for a more athletic workout. You use your own bodyweight as resistance to achieve muscle definition.

R.I.P.P.E.D. The One Stop Body Shock®

Experience this total body, “plateau proof fitness formula.” This workout utilizes resistance and cardio training masterfully combining Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance and Diet. This combination helps you attain and maintain your physique in ways that are fun, safe and extremely effective.

This morning pool class gets your day started right! It includes a warm-up, 30-40 minutes of low intensity exercise and toning, followed by cool-down and stretching. This class is perfect for seniors, beginners, and moms-to-be.


High Energy Aerobic and Resistance Training – Do you love the water? Splash up your cardio and conditioning workout with this low impact and low-medium-high intensity interval training in shallow-medium depth water–YOU choose the level and intensity. This is a fun, invigorating water workout for all fitness levels whether you a new to exercise, cross-training, or recovering from injury.


We’re goin’ deep! This deep water aerobics class will build your cardiovascular fitness and challenge every muscle in your body. Get ready to dive in deep!


Aqua Zumba® blends the Zumba® philosophy with water resistance, for one pool party you shouldn’t miss! There is less impact on your joints during an Aqua Zumba® class so you can really let loose. Water creates natural resistance, which means every step is more challenging and helps tone your muscles.


Alternate between aerobic intervals and active recovery for a great cardio and calorie burning workout in the Warm Pool.


Move the flow of yoga right into the flow of water. With aquatic yoga poses, the water can act as resistance, creating additional intensity to your workout. Or it can support you keeping pressure off of your joints. The Aquatic Exercise Association emphasizes that water classes are especially beneficial for people with arthritis, diabetes, osteoporosis, back problems and pregnant women. This class is designed to rehabilitate and relax participants.
