TRX®

This TRX® Suspension Training class is a revolutionary total-body fitness program that uses gravity against the individual’s own body weight to simultaneously develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability.

We offer three sections of our paid TRX program:

Monday/Wednesday from 5:30 PM – 6:15 PM
Members: $40 | Program Participants: $60

Monday/Friday from 8:30 AM – 9:15 AM
Members: $40 | Program Participants: $60

Monday/Wednesday/Friday from 9:30 AM – 10:15 AM
Members: $60 | Program Participants: $80
