Tai Chi Long Form Advanced

Yang Style Tai Chi embodies change through presence, curiosity and discovery in movement. Well-known for its health benefits, Tai Chi is a “moving meditation” that improves fluidity and strength, promotes mindbody relaxation, increases energy and instills conscious graceful movement for the body. Find strength, dramatically improve balance and fluidity and calm your nervous system with Tai Chi. The Yang Style Long Form is a classic form with many ways to study in depth and flow, it takes longer to learn the sequence. Prior Tai Chi experience is highly recommended.
