Mind-Body Fitness Intro Series

Mind-Body Fitness utilizes meditation, breath-work, Qigong, Tai Chi, and MELT to support overall wellness. In this series, you’ll have an opportunity to explore a range of traditional and modern techniques to add to your self-care tool box. Participants improve body awareness, cultivate efficient breathing, wake up the sensed from head to hands and feet, calm the mind, strengthen the body and learn to move with ease! The class seamlessly combines the concepts and techniques to boost vitality and support a vibrant, active life.
