MELT Your Workout

Whether you’re a gym rat or moving outside, MELT can help make your workouts more effective in the gym, pool, or on the field. Join us in this special new series targeting the athlete in us all! The MELT Method is simple self-care that uses soft balls and a soft body roller to re-balance the nervous system and hydrate the body’s connective tissue (or fascia), reducing the negative effects of aging and living an active life. The hand and foot treatments use small balls in a compression/decompression pattern to move fluid through the tissues, which improves joint function and reduces pain. The soft foam body roller restores hydration throughout the body, which increases flexibility, relieves chronic systemic and pain issues, and dramatically improves athletic performance. MELT boosts the beneficial effects of any movement practice or sport, so it is useful for anyone who wants to stay active. Each series will target specific strains, pains, and injuries associated with repetitive movement.
