Lunch and Learn

Bring your lunch and join us every second Wednesday of the month as we explore various topics in health and wellness. This lecture-based program is designed for you to learn and ask questions from some of the area’s leading experts in the field of health and wellness. Experts include physicians, physical therapists, holistic health coaches, personal trainers and professors. These lectures are also available via Facebook Live if you can’t leave your home or work desk.
