The Lose to Win program helps participants achieve their desired weight loss permanently by establishing accountability, planning and problem solving measures while receiving group support from a coach. This 12- week program is led by a team of specialized weight loss trainers, lifestyle coaches and nutrition specialists. Your support team combines the latest science with motivation, yielding sustainable weight loss for you! This program is for participants who are currently not at a healthy weight and need assistance achieving weight loss goals. Specific requirements are needed for eligibility.
