DEEP

Join us in the deep water for a soothing but focused core workout. This 30-minute class will help you align your spine and strengthen your abdominal and core muscles wile being suspended vertically with the aid of a swim noodle. This class is appropriate for both swimmers and non-swimmers as accommodations can be made for the non-swimmer to feel safe in the deep water.
