Burn & Learn

This is for every person at any age – we all have a pelvic floor and knowing how to strengthen and address issues around it can offer a multitude of benefits to the rest of your body. The class starts with a segment for every body, as well as physical movements to practice. The second half will be directed towards prenatal and postpartum health – any length of postpartum time welcomed! By practicing movements to retrain the way you engage your pelvic floor, you may gain access to new muscles and strength as well.
