SPRING BREAK SPORTS PERFORMANCE TRAINING FOR ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT (SPT)

Speed, agility and quickness are the primary conditions athletes must improve to advance their performance. Certified personal trainers will provide a variety of drills and exercises that promote injury prevention, core conditioning, strength, speed, and power. Class will take place in Main Gym.
