GROUP ADULT FUNCTIONAL TRAINING

Those who workout with a group are more likely to reach their fitness goals, lose more weight, and build lasting friendships. Group Adult Functional Training will focus on training core and muscular strength, balance, and joint mobility. Our certified personal trainers will guide you through a safe and challenging exercise program that will exceed your expectations. So grab a friend and get your sweat on. New participants are required to do a Fitness Assessment with an Instructor prior to their first session. Class is limited to 6 participants; we can accommodate groups of 4-6 participants who want to train at days/times not advertised.

NASM PERSONAL TRAINER CERTIFICATION COURSE

Want to become a personal trainer? This 80-hour Accelerated Personal Fitness Trainer Program is an online and in-person classroom based course to prepare students to pass the NCCA-accredited NASM Certified Personal Trainer exam. On-site, hands on experience with actual fitness clients, and includes weekly online practical assignments that incorporate fitness testing services, typical facility tasks, and mentoring.

This fee includes your exam, textbook (hard-copy and PDF), Lecture Videos Exercise Library, on-site hands on experience, access to coach and mentor, and YMCA Membership for the duration of the course.
