ACL Injury Prevention Training
Serious injuries of anterior cruciate ligaments in the knee are common in female athletes. Several studies have found that female athletes are up to ten times more likely to suffer ACL tears than are male athletes. Many of those injuries could be prevented. Sportsmetrics is a scientifically developed program to decrease serious knee ligament injuries in female athletes and to help athletes recover from an ACL injury. This program is instructed by Instructor, Tim Conley, who is a Physical Therapist at Providence St. Mary and a Certified Athletic Trainer.
