Fitstart
All beginning exercisers should take advantage of this private session with one of our qualified wellness coaches. Together you will set up a fitness plan. During the meeting you and your coach will set your fitness goals, talk about the variety of fitness classes available, set you up on Nautilus Strength equipment and orient you with the cardio equipment of your choice.
Jumpstart
This program is geared for members who have an active workout history and need to spice up their existing program. Your one on one meeting with a wellness coach will familiarize you with the equipment, design a program that meets your specific needs and lead you through your first workout. Members are encouraged to sign up for JumpStart every 6-8 weeks to evaluate and upgrade their fitness routines.

Metabolic Boot Camp
Metabolic Boot Camp is a 12-week program designed to boost your metabolism and build a healthy lifestyle. It incorporates strength & cardio training, nutrition and accountability. You will be part of a team, training with a Personal Trainer 3 times a week, and have an exercise and nutrition plan built specifically for you. If you are truly ready for a change and tired of not knowing what it takes...this program is for you! Take 12 weeks and change your life. Members Meltdown
The YMCA’s Healthy Living Department is challenging our YMCA members to lose weight and get in shape! Let’s keep that weight melting off with a colossal member meltdown. Grab two other members and get ready to move! Participants are encouraged to use a variety of both indoor and outdoor physical activities to increase personal fitness levels. Confidential weigh-ins will be conducted bi-monthly by YMCA personnel to ensure accuracy and fairness. Everyone will compete on a team. Teams encourage accountability, support, sportsmanship, and make for good old-fashioned fun. At the end of 8 weeks, sixty percent of the total pot will be divided between the grand prize winning team (50%), second place team (30%), and top male (10%) and female (10%) individuals.

Corporate Meltdown

Live on Strong
The YMCA, with the Cancer Rehab Team at Providence St. Mary Medical Center, are pleased to announce their collaboration to provide an extension of and addition to the Cancer Rehab Program from the hospital. Classes are small, personalized and aimed at keeping (or getting) fit. For more information contact Christy Druffel.

(Diabetes Prevention & Self Management)
Take control of your health. Let our compassionate instructor motivate and encourage you to reach your fitness and nutritional goals. Lecture classes are Monday nights. Exercise classes run Monday through Thursday. Must attend at least two classes a week. Gilda and participant will determine this.*Exercise referral form is required!
Small Group Training
Work-out with friends, family or fellow members, along with your personal trainer. Create a fun, motivating, comfortable atmosphere where you can train hard and support one another. Affordable and fun Small Group Training is done in a group of 3-5 to minimize cost yet maximize personal attention. Choose from one of the small groups that already exist or design one to suit your needs. For more information email Christy.

Personal Training
Personal Training sessions provide members with in-depth workouts that are created to address individual needs. Each session combines a variety of training methods to improve strength, cardiovascular health, flexibility, balance and any other identified personal goals. Workouts are continually changed and progress is monitored to provide a creative structure that will ensure maximum attention and benefit. Each personal training session lasts 30-60 minutes. Additional fee required. Unlimited sessions available.

Burn the Bird
Join us Thanksgiving Day for a two hour total workout! Choose between four 30-minute classes or burn max calories by staying for all four. The pool will be open for lap and family swim. Free baby sitting will be provided along with organized activities for kids and teens.
