Whether you're new to exercise or getting back to it, group exercise is a great way to get moving, make friends and stay motivated. We have a class for every level!
Adult fitness classes are included with Y Membership. Classes are subject to change. Classes must have and maintain 10 participants

Basic Yoga

Learn the introductory postures and
techniques that will give
you the basic foundation of yoga. 
Great for beginners or anyone
who wants the basic knowledge to      
transition into an intermediate/
advanced class.


Aerobic Dance

Aerobic Dance is a great way
to increase cardiovascular
fitness, improve strength
and have a great time.



Cardio Sculpt & Abs

Get the best of both worlds with
this aerobic and muscle intensive
workout. This is one of the fastest
ways to increase your metabolic rate.
Put in the time and you’ll be ripped
before you know it. In addition, get
that six pack you’ve always wanted
while working at your own level with
15 minutes of abs.




Extra Gentle Yoga

Designed for the sedentary or
moderately active senior. This
class gently challenges yet
honors the aging body.

Bellydancing

Take your workout on an exotic
journey through the art of bellydance!   
Work your core and your mind while
learning bellydance basics. 

Health Seekers Bootcamp

A perfect first step for anyone. 
Compassionate instructors motivate
and encourage participants to reach
their fitness & nutrition goals. 




Int/Adv Yoga

Inspired by the classic Indian
philosophy and modern day
“Power Yoga”, this class follows
the Ashtanga system of Yoga. 
Move through flows and
sequences that are challenging
to the mind, body and breath.

A total muscle-toning workout

Yogalates

A blend of yoga poses ending with
Pilates core strength moves,
concentrating on abs, back and hips.



Indoor Cycling

Experience the ride of your life. 
Cycling is a great way to improve
your cardiovascular fitness and
maximize caloric burn .  You’ll have
so much fun you’ll forget how hard
you’re working. 

Sports Conditioning

Focus on your sport with a series
of fast paced hard-hitting cardio
along with plyometrics, strength
training and core work.  For all
fitness levels!  No frills, just thrills.





Pilates

A conditioning mat-work class
designed to stretch and strengthen
your body.  The exercises coordinate
breathing and movement while you
work against the resistance of your
own body weight to improve your
core strength.

Cycling/Pilates

Combines indoor cycling with pilates
for a great cardio workout followed
by a great way to strengthen your
core.  First 30 minutes will be cycling,
second 30 minutes will be pilates.


Tuff-n-Uff

This class will challenge your
strength routine with a full body
workout. With a variety of exercises
and equipment your mind and
body will never get bored. 





Tai Chi

Join our master instructors in this
slow-paced class concentrating on
balance and breathing.


Cycling/Yoga

Combines indoor cycling with yoga
for a great cardio workout followed
by yoga poses that focus on stretching
tight areas and strengthening weak
areas involved in cycling.

Mommy & Me

A wonderful time to bond with
other moms while you get in
tune with your body and your
baby.





Strength & Balance

Improve balance, strength and
flexibility in this class designed to
support healthy aging.  Emphasis
is on seated, standing, and moving
balance, range of motion and
functional strength.


Boot Camp

A muscle and cardio conditioning
workout that will burn a ton of calories,
tone and sculpt your entire body and
enhance your overall fitness.  It’s a
blast!  Low impact movements will be
offered as alternatives to any high
impact movements.

Stroller Bootcamp

Bring your children and get fit!
This class focuses on post
pregnancy core strengthening,
strength exercises and cardio-
vascular movements.
