Personal Training
 

 

Receive the most from your exercise program with personal instruction and support from
one of our knowledgeable fitness trainers.

You will work one-on-one with a trainer to design a program that will meet your individual needs.

Each personal training session lasts 30-60 minutes.

Your first session consists of a fitness evaluation and goal-setting to assist you in reaching your fitness goals.

Fees: $22 per 1/2
hour or $33 per hour*

*Discounts for multiple sessions.
