The Walla Walla YMCA offers a large variety of professional programs and services
with well-trained instructors. The 7,000 square-foot Fitness Center is fully equipped
with the most popular, state-of-the-art machines and equipment.
Fitness programs and services include:

Complimentary Fitness Room Orientation
An introduction to the weight room, including cardio and weight equipment. Just ask at the front desk.

FitQuest Express
A program designed for the beginner or the person who needs help setting up a fitness plan. FitQuest is an eight-week personalized program designed to help you build a habit of working out while meeting your fitness goals.
Fit Quest Express is free.

Freedom Through Functionality
For members who need extra attention using Nautilus
and cardio equipment. M,W,F 10-11 a.m.

Specialty Classes
YMCA Healthy Back, Ski and Golf Conditioning.
