Volunteer Opportunities
Volunteers have been the Walla Walla Y’s greatest strength for over 120 years. They are a necessary component in effectively reaching out to create a healthy community. Without volunteers we would be unable to successfully address some of the key challenges facing our community today.
We believe in the power of individuals to make positive changes in the lives of others. Volunteers can contribute their unique talents and skills to help children deepen their positive values, commitment to service and motivation to learn; help families build stronger bonds, achieve greater work-life balance and become more engaged in their communities; help individuals improve their well-being and connect with people who care.
There are many ways you can make a difference in your community through the Y:
• Fund-raising
• Youth Sports
• Exercise Classes
• Youth Activities
• Special Events
• Board Member
• Aquatics
• Kids Korner
• Fitness Center
• Maintenance
• Membership Services
• Y Service Club
